Between my friends at Hasbro and the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, I have had a great time reliving a part of my childhood.
These two titans of entertainment have joined forces to create an exhibit that I am very excited to take my children to see- Transformers: Robots in Disguise.
There is something for every boy and girl (parents don’t buy the hater hype that this exhibit is only for boys – believe me I saw plenty of young girls, and older women, who were enjoying themselves. thoroughly.).
But seeing is believing – especially if these robots are in disguise, right? Well, I have a short video of my first visit. It’s quick, but there’s a great deal to see. Plan on visiting a few times to get the full effect! And there really is something for every age kid – drawing, being part of a video game, seeing how toys are made, designing your own character, manipulating actual transformers. Not to mention the presence of Bumblebee and Optimus Prime in auto version. Yep. Optimus is sitting right outside the main entrance…ready to roll out.
At any rate, here is my short film. Enjoy:
Disclosure: While I was not compensated for this post, I did receive free admission to the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis to view the exhibit before it was open to the public. So why should you believe me and visit TCMIndy? Because my family has a membership there and I could have gotten in free anyways. Please go visit the best Children’s Museum in the world. Hands down. There is much to discover in addition to the Transformers exhibit and you and your kids will love it.
